For our client, a growing company and a leader in its sector, with headquarter in Poland, best in class in production of aluminum profiles and their anodizing, varnishing and prefabrication, we are looking for Candidates for the position:

Export Manager, Scandinavian market.

The company operates in several segments: building and construction, transport, electronic and engineering, wholesaler, interior design.

Key responsibilities:

  • Planning and shaping the development of sales on the Scandinavian market
  • Constant monitoring and analysis of the market and competition
  • Active customer acquisition
  • Building and maintaining long-term commercial relationships with customers
  • Development of sales plans (budgets) and their implementation
  • Assistance in verifying inquiries in terms of technical information necessary to assess production capabilities
  • Ongoing supervision and ensuring the smooth flow of information with customers
  • Cooperation with other departments at every stage of customer service (e.g. verification of inquiries, assistance in collecting receivables)
  • Participation in trade negotiations
  • Ensuring the highest standards of customer service in the range of products offered

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in a sales position in a production company
  • Experience in similar business
  • Cultural diversity awareness
  • Customer-oriented, accurate, reliable and well organized
  • Able to work autonomously with capacity for personal adaptation
  • Team player, persuasive, intuitive, pro-active and positive thinking with a constructive critical mind
  • Ability to meet professionals and to develop a relationship
  • Excellent communication and negotiations skills
  • Openness and ease in establishing contacts in an international environment
  • Fluent English skills, Knowledge of Scandinavian language will be an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and office applications
  • Driving license category B and readiness for business trips
